Terms of Use

The short version: use the quiz freely for your own reflection. It is an educational tool, not professional advice, and your results are estimates rather than a validated assessment.

Acceptance of these terms

By using this site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

What this service is

Reflect at Work is a free, educational self-assessment. It asks you to rate 18 statements about your working life, scores them, and offers general guidance. It is provided for personal reflection and entertainment.

Not professional advice

Nothing on this site is career, mental health, medical, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a diagnosis or a clinical assessment. For decisions with real consequences, consult a qualified professional who knows your situation. If your work is affecting your health or wellbeing, please treat that seriously and seek appropriate support.

Your results are estimates

Your scores come from your own answers to 18 statements. They are a snapshot of how things feel at one point in time, and they can shift with workload, circumstances, and mood. They are not validated for any consequential use. In particular, this quiz is not designed or validated for employment screening, hiring, performance evaluation, or any other high-stakes decision about yourself or anyone else. Please do not use it that way.

Acceptable use

  • Do not present results as clinical, professional, or otherwise official assessments.
  • Do not copy and republish substantial parts of the site's content as your own.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reflect at Work is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on the site or its results. Because the service is free, our total liability to you is limited to the greatest extent the law allows.
